Twenty-two minutes of springs. Twenty-two of bodyweight. Six to open and close. Nothing skipped, nothing rushed. You work every part of yourself and you are out in under an hour.

Sculpt
Heavier springs. Slower counts.
Load goes up. Tempo goes down. Long slow counts under real resistance, right to the edge of the shake. Fewer exercises. Much longer inside each one.

Flow
Lighter springs. Nowhere to hide.
Springs come off. Transitions close up. The carriage never stops for fifty minutes, so neither does your heart rate. People are always surprised by this one.

Foundations
Where everyone should start.
Six people. One coach. Time to be corrected properly. You learn the carriage, the springs and the five positions everything else assumes you know. Take it once and every other class gets better.

Long holds. Light springs. The parts of you the rest of the week compresses - hips, spine, hamstrings, feet. Book it the day after Sculpt and you will understand why it exists.
